Does anyone still carry beeper?

I knew that we all enter the digital age, and everything must be small, convenient, and portable. Nowadays, almost everyone of us carries a cellphone. It seems quite normal, even a teenager carrying a cell phone to school. I just wonder, right before the emergence of cell phone, beeper was quite popular. People can leave voice message or text message. Does anyone still use beeper nowadays? I believe there won't be any service provider around right?
