During my time, I always enjoy games like monopoly, some card games like the old maid, happy family with my parents... and I am sure will introduce these games to my little girl when she grows up.. We had this board game that is using Mathematics, and we love it very much.. It's a very nice game called Mathable..

Well it depends on what you and your child like. Growing up I would love to play board games with my parents. Such as Candy Land, Life, and Trouble. If you like outdoor activities, then that would be a great approach as well. Maybe a sport? Basketball, baseball, frisbie, to name a few. It really depends on your likes and dislikes.

Dear busky5, Great topic...very interesting and very practical too! It all depends on the age group...boys or girls? How many of you? Indoor or outdoor? How much time do you have to spare with them? Indoor Scrabble, Monopoly, Snake & Ladder, Chess, Matching Cards, Racing Cars, Snap, Master Mind and alot more board games! Tic-Tac-Toe, drawings, puzzle, Othello....the list go on.. Outdoor Flying kites, badminton, hide & seek, basketball, chasing etc. The most important thing is introduce them a new game and see how it goes...or asked them what they would like to do... spend quality time together and have lots of FUN, FUN & LAUGHTER!
