Disappointed with PTC spams

I had paid $2.0 to buy refferals in www.scspromotions.com on end of May. I have not earn enough to cash out any credit. Last 2 weeks, i found that scspromotion disappear and the webpage does not exits anymore. No way to find back the website. Eventually, i feel disappointed because being cheated. I lost my investment money. Hence, i would like to advised everyone to be extra careful when made investment in PTC.
