New Staples Back to School Commercial

Have y'all seen the new staples commercial about kids going back to school. It's cute, but mean! lol The dad is there shopping with his kids, looking all happy, with a person singing, "It's the most wonderful time of the year" in the background. I have always missed my son when he went back to school, and this year is no different even though it's his senior year. Are some of y'all like the guy on the commercial and glad when the kiddies go back to school?

It is bitter sweet. I love the idea of my daughter going back to school so I can have a reprieve from finding ways to entertain her, catch up on my work and have some space for myself but at the same time the house is morbidly quiet without her and I miss her little face but it is okay I will get my fill when I’ll pick her up from school!

If she is really young still you will miss her alot! We do more with our kids the younger they are, so miss their presence more when they go back to school. I'm sure she'll have alot to share with you!

We home school our kids so when they go back, we start again. I'm sure a lot of parents enjoy the subsidised day care.

We never home schooled Ian, but we do always do stuff during the summer. I miss having him around when school starts back. Now he spends alot of time alone, but we do make time to do stuff together as a family still.
