unable to change the profile photo

guys i wanted to upload a photo so that i can use it as my profile picture,
but when i went into edit profile and clicked on my photos,it showed a page where there is a browse option to upload the photo.
but at the bottom there it is saying that you have reached your maximum limit today.
but i did not upload even a single photo.
what is this?is it the problem with the site?

Hey friend, maybe you need to give it a break for a little while, go back later and check it out on a fresh mind. Be sure to read over everything very carefully. Oh yeah and btw ,can you please add me as a friend, i would really appreciate it.
