I wonder how many of our senators will vote to support institutionalized racism? Sotomajor on the Supreme Court is no less racist than David Duke on the Supreme Court.

I agree with you. But it looks like she is going to get it. But yet if it was a white man and he was a member of the KKK you can bet he would not be making it in. It is ok I guess to be racist. As long as it is against white people.

They are putting a Latina David Duke onto the court, and they are proud of it.

Now we'll have 2 completely incompetent women on the Supreme Court. Pity the court.

That's a rather odd comparison. I don't think anyone can be as racist as Duke and his Klan members

might I also point out that when David Duke was in the KKK, he was a Democrat.

Makes no difference to me, Ted. I'm a Democrat but that doesn't mean I like every other Democrat

She made one comment about how she is a proud latina woman once and now she's a racist? Thats harsh, and unfounded

She didn't make it just once, she stated it several times. She also didn't say she was a proud Latina woman (which is a redunant statement, but I digress), she said: "I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experience would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life." If I stated: "I would hope that a wise White Man with the richness of his experience would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a Latina Woman who hasn't lived that life." There would be accusations of racism all over the place... and rightly so, becuase it would be a racist thing to say. Contrary to Obama's bigotry and disgust for the US Constitution, the demographics of the defendant aren't support to matter. But since he is a bigot, it does matter... since Sotomajor is a bigot, it matters to her too. What doesn't mean crap to them is, the US Constitution.

Yup, that is yet another example of her racism.

Actually it was a court ruling she made that discrinimated against a group of people due to their skin color.
