How many of us buy second hand cell phones?

Hi Jugs..getting ready to have a big storm here so I may loose power. I always buy a new phone about every year. In fact I just bought one the other day because my grandaughter who lives with us was going camping with some friends and she wanted to take the phone with her. I think it is better to buy a new phone even if it is a cheap one becasue when you buy of the internet what guarantee do you have that the phone is going to work for awhile? flutterby

Yesterday, I've just completed an offer to buy an used cell phone, a Nokia N73... It is the first time that I choose to buy an used cell phone, but I think that I have made a good choice and it was a good offer!!! Now, I'm expecting to receive it!!

I have bought few used phones from ebay before & I've gotten good use out of them. I don't see anything wrong with buying used phones as long as it's from people you trust. Not that I trust ebay completely but it was cheap enough & I've been somewhat lucky too.

I always buy a new cell phone. I have not bought a used phone in the past.
