Doesn't that mean we still have at least 2 years to discuss it?
Didn't we learn our lesson about rushing bills through with The Homeland Security Bill, The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and any every other bill that our elected officials were too lazy, incompetent or disinterested to read?
If We the People allow this kind of incompetence from our elected officials then We the People deserve to be abused by tyrants.
