Want to loose weight..then try these fruits?

Hi friends.. Most of them dieing hard to loose weight and follow strict dieting...instead of that strict dieting we can eat fruits ...best fruits are water melon. papaya ...have them for dinner..and for breakfast have one of milk and one apple..have have very lite lunch..with this u can easily reduce your weight soon...Happy Mylotting friends

This is the first time I heard from you that fruits helps us to reduce weigh. Is it really working ? Because fruits contains good amount of calories. So far this is true ? If it really works it will be useful to my mother to reduce her weight.

some fruits have lot of calories example banana...daily banana daily will increase your calories but once in while it will help your body...and i mentions only papaya and water melon.....with this fruits you will surely reduce your weight

Apple can be and papaya but watermelon, i have no knowledge that it can help. Of course if you cut down eating carbohydrates you can notice the change. Eating those fruit everyday is good for our body as long as it is moderately taken not over eating. Papaya is not good to be eat too much as you will be discomfort of bowel movement.

papaya having daily a 2 big pieces is good but not too much of it..watermelon is works really very good

I will try to look up online what is the benefit of water melon to loose weight. I did not hear this that it can help. Maybe other fruits can be eaten to loose weight and i we are having a diet.

By the end of the week, I wont have enough strength to lift up my fingers to type! I cant survive with those kind of diet. I am not a Hollywood star so I dont think I'll restrict myself to just those food. Life is too short to 'suffer'. I'll eat what I like, but the key is, moderation. Taking everything in moderation helps for me.

too much is too bad for health but it doesn't having things in a limit will not effect health..and you will never loose your strength also...
