i disobeyed my boss

i'm an accounting assistant in a group of companies.. my boss is here in my left side and she wants to eat icecream even if its raining outside. the utility man is out so nobody can buy one for her. she asked me and i refused coz i hate to become wet aside from i don't like going outside. i think that i have the right to refuse coz its not my job to buy her an icecream in the first place! i'm beginning to hate her. why can't she buy for herself!

I think your boss is taking advantage of her high position and that she's being bossy when she ordered you to buy her ice cream. You're not her personal assistant so there's nothing wrong to disobey her.
Bosses are sometimes like that. They often forget the difference between a personal need from a job requirement. But maybe your boss is just having a bad day.

Well then if your boss is always having a bad day why don't you and everyone in the office fire her? Hehehehe Kidding aside.. That's kinda bad environment or work place when a boss is grumpy and irritating.
Is there anyhow you complain about her behavior? Maybe to someone with a higher position than her.

There are really people who have their position in their head. I think this kind of boss has hang ups in her growing years. I admire you for having the guts to say no to her request. In our culture most of the boss are like yours, they thought that they can ask personal favor to their staff. I have a colleague who's boss always ask her to go to the for a personal favor.
