Hi, I am not an expert but still undergone pregnancy, I think she should avoid wearing high heeled slippers as she may develop back pain in the later stages of pregnancy, she can wear shoes that covers her whole feet well to avoid scrubbing of dirtied heels as it is going to be a strain for her now.
