The human brain tends to lock away the "bad" memories in life. But sometimes you just can't seem to forget. That's why it's bad to keep those memories within you. It's good to share them with your close people. In this discussion you can explain the thing you always wanted to forget because that's the only way to defeat it.

I don't have a good memory. As i am a student, what confused me most is i always forget the words. On the other side i always forget the things i need ,such as the books, the clothes, and the cards. Nearly everyday i have to search for my thing . I think i should put my things away.

It might be because you have experienced something as a child. Or you might just have it geneticly. In both cases the best thing to do is to write things down.

the worst memory i had was when i saw a person die in front of me in an accident. i had one more bad memory of being beaten by my lecturer in school, but the above one is the worst. generally the bad memories are those which are difficult to forget.but i dont think we can forget them by sharing it with people.

I'm sorry you had to be a witness of such a thing. And you're right about that you can't forget them by telling them to someone. But you will feel better.
