hello mylotters.=p are you vain when it comes to skin care? do you use ordinary soap to wash your face? facial cleanser? or just water? before when facial wash was not yet out in the market I use body soap on the facial area and it strips the face of its natural oils, hence my skin appears tight and dry.
Love to hear from you guys! Ciao!=p

i just use what is available! hehehe
i can't stick to one kind and brand coz i notice that if i always use the same thing, my skin gets irritated and so i have to change always...
so i just try anything...and when i don't have money i just use the same soap that i am using in taking a bath! hehehe
maybe you can use a moisturizer so that your skin will not be dry

hello, hello, hello! thank you for your response. having this kind of skin is a major problem! grrr! can't apply anything without consulting to the experts. I tried some products at the groceries but my skin was irritated and end up staying at home for weeks.lol

i use baby soap to wash my face. i use nivea baby soap for it is HYPOALLERGENIC. when i was not yet a user of nivea baby soap i use dove for my face. if i have no budget to buy this soap for it is pricy i use baby soaps like tender care baby soaps. i dont use facial wash for some reacts badly on my skin and it itch. i use milk salts twice a week for my face to strip of dirt that we can not really see. it makes my face smooth and really feels clean.

Hi, Roni. Nice to hear from you.=p I recognize you now. I am paying little attention to names now.lol You have sensitive skin like me huh? quite a problem! When I was a little, people at the farm usually use "perla soap" for bathing and for their face because they said it is not harmful to the the skin and of course it's cheaper .=)

i'm using facial cleanser, im oka9y with soap or even my bath soap as long as it has moisturizer. i used to have a dry face and i need it.
sometimes i used to think that cleanser would really really cleanse my face than a bath soap but of course it's all the same..

Most of the time I use water to wash my face. I try to use a facial cleaner 1-2 times a week. That seems to keep it looking good and still have the natural oils, etc. that my face needs.
I never, ever but body soap near my face. I noticed that it makes me feel so dry. And then I heard that you shouldn't wash your face with body soap so it verified that I shouldn't be using soap on my face.

My sister uses facial cleansers, dont wash to much though because your skin will start over producing oils, and as a result you will always look ummmm shiny.

Nope, cleaning your face with soap or cleanser is not a sign of vanity; it shows you want to have a clean face which makes you look healthier. I use water most of the time, but now I'm using facial cleanser a bit as my face gets dirty quickly. What? A guy using facial cleanser? Yup, that doesn't make men a sissy. However, use the wrong type of cleanser and your face will be "ruined".
