Ok I know we all have them... tell your favorite Potty Training Story. Here is mine: My daughter was ready to potty train early but daycare wasn't ready to have her there with panties.. the day that they told me to bring panties I was so happy I almost cried. I was beyond ready to stop changing diapers/pullups. So she was doing really good at daycare.. never an accident. One night while I was in the shower she was watching a movie in my room and I hear her say "Mommy!" and the rest I couldn't understand. I asked her three times to come into the bathroom so I could hear her. She finally comes in and opens the shower door and stands up real tall and says as proud and happy as can be "Mommy! I Pee Pee on your PURSE!" At first I was a little upset. I told her to go get my purse so I could imspect the damage... lucky me she peed on the outside of it and it's leather so it wiped off with a clorox wipe. But at that point she kept asking me "Mommy, You Happy?" I had to get my point acrossed so she ended up in bed early. She now tells me "Mommy, You happy? I pee pee in the potty not on your purse" LOL. Let me know your stories!

Hahaha, that's so funny lol. Good thing it wasn't IN the purse! My story is of my grandson; I watch him while his parents work. When he was potty training he had such trouble aiming that thing lol. I learned never to say something to him while he was in the middle of peeing, or he'd turn around and I'd get wet feet. (Evidently, wherever they look, the stream is sure to follow hahaha.) Anyways, my one sister-in-law had a great idea. She said to keep a little cup of Cheerios cereal by the toilet, and when he has to go to have him throw one in and aim at it. Geez, it really worked! From then on his object was to hit the floating Cheerio in the bowl, and he concentrated so hard he never missed anymore. I only ever had daughters, so training a boy I found was just a tad different!
