today's top, my interests, new,recent &friends started, which one?

there are many ways to check otherone's discussions, "today's top", "my interests","new", "recent" and "friends started", which one do you use most? i usually check "new", i wanna be the first one to reply the others' discussion

new. the rest are almost always repeat topics that i've already viewed. i look for something new, then if i have more time on my hands i'll check out friend's topics. then maybe my interests.
