I'm a smoker and I find my teeth to be pretty yellow. I brush every day,2 or 3 times.I use crest toothpaste. I tried the teeth wighting stuff at the store and it didn't work for me.And unfortanatly I don't have enough money to do the professional whitening thing. Do you have any teeth wighting tips.

Baking soda is also a whitner. It goes right along with the paroxide. I myself gag at the taste or texture of paroxide, so I use baking soda. You can add a little water and kinda make your own paste.

A simple home remedy that I use is rinsing my mouth with hydrogen peroxide after every major meal. My teeth have never been whiter!

Those crest white strips are probably your best beat next to a dentist. You still need to be careful using bleaching kits they can damage your teeth in the long run and make them brittle. Even just getting a simple cleaning from the dentist will help out more than you know. It's not to expensive to pay out of pocket for a simple cleaning either. My local dentist back home does it for $50 and that's not to bad. But then again it's a small town. Maybe you should try to stop smoking. Good luck my friend I hope it all works out for you.

I use the Listerine mouthwash and it seems to work, but I do brush my teeth like 2 times after that because I can't stand the smell. Keep going to the dentist regularly and cut back a little on smoking.
