to eat or not to eat?

When I was a teenager, gaining weight is not a factor to me. People often advised me to gain some weight because I had a very petite body but i had an appetite of a huge construction worker. i ate a minimum of 2 1/2 servings of rice in a meal and I ate 5 time a day which is breakfast-snack-lunch-snack-dinner.. and oh! i also have midnight snacks so that would be six! lol.. My friends even suggested for me to take some medication that would help me gain weight. Unfortunately, in my early 20's I began to gain some weight. At first, it was fine because i became vuloptuous but then I just kept on gaining and gaining weight! Now, people often thinks that I am pregnant because of the weight that I had gain. I tried almost everything just to loose this excess baggage that I already have. I tried orlistat medicines, slimming teas, slimming coffees and other dietary products. I even tried to go to the gym and do some home exercise. I even tried to stop eating and using bangkok pills but i still have this 'love handles'.. Who has an idea what medications I can take for me to loose some weight? Something that won't make me dizzy and weak.

You do not have to starve if you want to lose weight, it is just a matter of self- discipline, have a healthy diet, exercise. When you go to the gym, make sure that you do not eat a lot after.

There's no "magic pill". I think you're looking for a short-cut; and you're honestly probably not going to be able to find it. What you really have to do to tone up & lose weight - is exercise more and eat less (healthier, that is, as well). Try going to the gym again, and make sure to do exercises that target your "problem areas" - for example, running helps our core & our "abs". If that's the area you'd like to improve on, then start a running schedule. I don't think there's really any other effective way to lose the love handles - you just need to put a LOT of effort into eating healthier and burning more calories. No pill can give that to you. If it could - do you think 70% of the world would be overweight? Certainly not! Diet pills are BAD for your heart. The only type of pill you should be taking is your daily multi-vitamin. And if exercising makes you dizzy, it's probably because you aren't eating before hand and are working out on an empty stomach. Try eating a protein + fiber-rich breakfast before working out (if you do it in the morning, that is). Anyway, good luck. I hope this helped you a little bit.

..have you tried eating just right on the right time? It actually works.. you need to get enough sleep and complete food.. What I mean with complete food is, try to eat fruits and vegetables with little calorie and avoid drinking soft drinks because they will really get you big especially your tummy.. for your snacks, try eating biscuits or wheat only.. avoid salty foods.. eat just right.. Try harder.. You've been slim before so I believe you can decrease your weight.. Most importantly, you consult nutritionist or doctors.. they could give you advice on what to do.. Even if you have been doing so many ways on how to decrease your weight, you might just be missing something that your doctor knows.. Don't hesisitate.. and don't give up..
