This morning, a co -worker of mine just came back from her finger surgery. She had surgery on her finger because there was a tiny broken piece of glass stuck in her thumb. She suppose take one more day rest, because after a surgery, she has her right to take extra days off. After a couple hours of work, she suddenly fell down unconsciously; and everyone was so worried. Our supervisor called the ambulance, and her husband too. A couple of people went to hospital, and she was all right then. It was a big fuss at the moment. But right now, she is ok, and we are relieve. If you are injured, health comes first, don't be hurried to work.

You are so right after a injury or surgery you should let your body heal, and give yourself the time to get your strength back before you return to doing normal activities.

i agree to you, our body and mind is our foundation of doing anything in our life we take good care of our health firs so that we can make a better and perfect things. i really worry too if i have friend co-worker fall down, my partner now was fall down when we are in 1st year college but the reason of no breakfast... its really bad if we dont mind of our needs to do in order to healthy in case of your co-worker maybe she think she might be ok but she fail to think about her enough rest in order to sustain her self.

I fell and broke my shoulder, and didnt know it, but the onlookers insisted that they call the perimedics who told me it was much better to be taken to the emergency room And be checked As I was telling them it was probAbly just an out of joint shoulder but it was not.it was a very bAd fracture that needed surgery and A shou lder joint replAcement.
