Do you ever catch yourself whistling Christmas tunes in the middle of summer?
Today is the second day this week that I caught myself. I don't know what's up with this.
And I don't even like winter, mainly because I don't like to drive in the snow. So I don't have any clue why I would be whistling this Christmas songs. Nor how in the world they got into my head.
Does anything really off season like this ever happen to you?

Never! Thank goodness too because I would hate it if that happened. I don't want to hear that music when it's the season for it.

Hi, we had our summer last MArch to may but it was mostly rainy then came June which was suppposed to be the start of rain but it was truly hot, feels like summer. Then I was really singing a few lines of some christmas songs with lyrics that say snow, cold, winter ( doesn't snow here, and no winter) because it's really hot and humid and I wish for the rain to make the air cooler.
Then it rained much in July but most times it was hot. Then the home shopping TV had a Christmas in July sale and there were Christmas songs though just a few lines and I get to whistle too LOL.
Now it's August and it's still hot after a week of rain and I was showering and belted out frosty the snowman... melted.

It sounds like you must live in a country where it is very warm year around. The only problem with some places like that is it does get very hot.
I had forgotten about those Christmas in July sales that some places have. I haven't watched the home shopping network on the television in quite a while, or I guess I would have remembered that.

That's so weird!! I was just doing that the other day! I was humming, "Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow"... and it is HOT here... lol!! I couldn' figure out why it was stuck in my head or what had triggered it!!

That is the same way I have been. Like I said, it happened twice this week. And when I caught myself, I just laughed. Christmas does put me in a good mood, and singing Christmas songs in the middle of summer is extremely humorous. So I just laugh and go on.
