I personally think this site pays a great rate, and is growing at a rapid pace, but what I love most about it is we get paid to help them build their reputation and site. This site is called IMreportcard, which I'm sure most of you know, that pays great rates of 50 cents per comment plus bonus, or up to $1 more!
I have a link in my profile, and I will gladly appreciate who signs up under ,as might as well be better than any site of its kind in terms of payment. There are lots of members I've seen paid, and I am almost there. They have lots of reviews that most of you, even me know nothing about but there are brighter spots, like Google Analytics, Cashle, Incentria, Adbrite, Bidvertiser.
I can almost guarantee you can make this amount in under 2 weeks, and this website is very new, so there will be alot more to comment about! I hope you have a great time earning writing about products you use!

what that site allowed International member ?
I am very interested, but I heard if imreportcard just to US and Europe people. Please give me more explain, Thanks !

I am not really sure, but seeming they have to approve your application, I'm pretty sure they will figure it out. Since they accept paypal, I am pretty sure they accept any country who uses it, but I am not 100% sure.

Actually, I was sign up last month ago. But I never open that site again. and after read your discuss, I try to logging and I can't. I don't know what happen with my account, and I think if the site just for US and Europe. ( I am from Asia )

IMreportcard does not allow Indian participation. I had tried the site but they says that we are currently not accepting members from your country. So, it is really a bad news for us. I know few other good sites which does not allows Indian participation. If you are really interested to know about such sites, just visit the authors forum at sharedreviews, where I am an active member,(presently they no more allows indian signup), and look for the online earning forum post where you will get the legitimate sites that earns high.

Thanks for having interest. It is the first big banner on my profile and is Imreportcard. You can literally make $20 in less than 3 days if you know a lot of websites to comment and rate about!
Be sure if you are international you have to write a sample of writing, so try to write your best!
