Hi...I used to send blank SMS to my ex to find out if his phone number were still valid. I was scared to call him and just sent a blank SMS. I also sent some when I am unable to reach him just to see if he were busy hanging with someone else or if his phone were really switched off. However I only do it when I cants get him for few hours

No i never sent blanck sms to anyone..usually if i send sms i will write txt and that's all!!so i use sms as normal...may be if you press much time the send button it cna happen sometimes to send one blanck as a mistake..

blank messages,it's a normal scenario here.Mainly because we hae a 2000 free messege plan for students here.Mostly for many of them 2000 is much more.So on the 30th or 31st of every month there is a series of blank message going to every cell they know.just for fun,no use at all.But for some 2000 is not at enough for talking with friends and am one of them hehehe.Happy mylotting.Keep posting.

Sending blank sms was my old habit. When i want to telling someone my number, i usually send the blank sms to that person. Making a missed call is more cheap than sending blank sms but sometimes people don't recognize who are the calling people. So i said to my friend that if a blank sms is sending to their mobile phone, then that's my number. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

Oh yes! I had done it by mistake twice on the same day. I was chatting with my friend and mistakenly send button was pressed by me. She immediately replied why I have sent her a blank message. I didn't admit and made a story about it. I laughed a lot after replying her. While laughing and chatting I pressed the send button again! lol!

When I send picures from my cell phone, I don't really attach any text to it, so I just send the picture without any. I guess you could call it a blank one. I really don't send all that many, but my daughter sends me a lot of my 3 year old grandson. It is nice to have pictures of him, when he is so far away. The phone I have has a touch screen and it is hard to get used to. I haven't sent any messages on it yet, as I am still reading the manual trying to figure everything out on it as it has lots of features. I might not use them all, but they are there if I ever need them. Have a very good day, and happy mylotting.

I also do not usually attach text when I send pictures.But I would not call that a blank one. After all when we send pictures there is hardly any need to send text along with it.I would call an sms blank only if it has nothing in it,no text,no pictures, nothing.That's the way I see it.

Two of my friends have similar names I sometimes send other friend's sms addressing another one.They call me in confusion funny things happens!!
Check out the site I use to send free sms http://www.mobile-sender.com. You can add a contact list to avoid such mistakes,I mentioned above.Forwarding sent sms is also easy.:):):)
