I am new here. PayPal? or iKOBO?

Just started. I am from India, Hyderabad. What is the best option PayPal or iKOBO?. I have Citibank account, Debit card. Shall I have to take a Credit card too?
Just to make some confidence....

paypal buddy. when i was in india i had that and never had problems.

u dont have to take a credit card.
just check whether paypal is available in ur country.
while u get into ur account info itself u will know abt that.
create and account in paypal if its available.
for now u can leave it unverfied.
in that way itself u can use that accounts to get things online who accepts paypal.
or else u can link ur bank account no to the pay pal, where u can tranfer the money in to ur bank account..
whereas if u use ikobo, i think they will send u a card with the amount available to you which u can use it atm as any debit card.
