what's your say with those abusive officials who continues to use RED PLATE cars at malls, schools, motels, hotels, etc? Do you think that they have the right to use government issued cars? Well personally, i really hate them all! It irritates me especially if they use "wang wang" just to go on fast lane and to overtake private and public vehicles. As most Filipinos are aware of, we understand that Red Plate cars or Gov't cars should always follow the so-called rule "For Official Use Only". It is really irritating for our part as we continue to pay taxes and yet those red plate cars, who have been charged from the Filipino people, are being solely abused by the "officials". Do you know on who can we contact for this kind of complaint? I tried contacting PIA or Philippine Info Agency and their email address suck! What's new with that anyway.lol

Those government officials are very abusive of their power. Government-issued cars should be used for official trips and not for their personal good. Shame on those who are using it for entering motels! Those officials should be punished but the teeth of law is not that sharp on them that's why I'm kinda hopeless.

Yeah, I have seen government marked vehicles parked in malls, supermarkets, hotels on even on Sundays and legal holidays or out of the regular office hours or outside the route of the officials or employees authorized to use them. I wonder if they have proper authorization for such use? Under Administrative Order 239, all government agencies and offices are prohibited from using government vehicles for purposes other than official business. You may report unofficial use of government vehicles to the Presidential Action Center (PACE), Arlegui Street, San Miguel Manila or thru cellphone numbers 09198984621, 09198984622, 09198984623, 09178398462, 09178398462, 09178982462, 09178985462. The report should contain among others, the type of vehicle, plate number, and the place and time where the government vehicle is found, preferably with pictures. I hope this information proves helpful to you.

That practice has been an old practice that till now none is being punished for violating that. It is really sad that this habit is continuing and even your concern is being ignored. the only thing that could stop them is probably the media that has made many expose's but because they are so widespread media can cover a small portion only of these corrupt government officials.

This just proves it. Government officials are above the law. They should really understand what "Official Use Only" means. Most of all the people are watching. I also think that these officials are placed in their position by our mockery of an election. A voting system that doesn't work.
