to get a job based on C. you must be very comfortable with C and have a sound knowledge of this. Those have smart salary structure. these jobs are mostly related to system softwares and drivers related For easy job you can go for C#, vb or java. here you can get jobs easily but the paystructure would not be as good as earlier.

Thanks for the comment. I think jobs based on VB and java need advanced knowledge in the respective field. Newbies cannot get a good job till they get well experienced in that field. If someone has good experience he gets paid in thousands if dollars a month.

Hi Murtuza, Since you have done only basic level C programming, the opportunities will be less. But If you can change it to some other path like embedded C, then there is a lot chance of getting a good job. Also some companies require basic C programmers, and then they will train the employees to meet their requirements. So work hard to be recognized as a good C programmer. Also learn every time and refresh what you have learned. Allah Bless You... Regards, Reyas....

Thanks for the good wishes. I am trying my best to improve my skills on C programming. I have also done basic level of C++, Java, Advanced Java, SQL, .Net, and many other softwares. Now I am planning to choose one of them and get an advanced course done. Then probably I would get a pretty decent Job.

you should not think in this way, and you should know what kind of job you like. and different job requires different technique.

You can do network programming using C language but you have to learn network programming first. You have to learn WinSocket aside from C programming.
