Well there's a new site called linkbucks which pays you for linking to other sites.
If you're a webmaster and you have a link leaving your site you can make money.
It is not a scam site.
From My referral I get 20% of what they earn.
So if you join under me I'll give you 10% of what you earn.
the System is simple and even if you aren't a webmaster and you take part in forums or youtube to share links for files it still works!

I have a site that pays higher than linkbucks which is old and banned from a lot of sites its useful for.
The site I have pays about 3x higher, the only bad part is that you can only receive money on the first monday of the month.
The links are also shorter than linkbucks and there are no popups
