Responsibilities or Rights

hi mylot friends,
I have observed that some of my friends those working in public sector or Govt.,if we friends met at place to chit chat one my friends topic will be diverting the topic to the pension,increment and other hikes in the salary,i never hear about the responsibilities they discuss,why people are thinking about only their rights and earnings and why not about responsibility,are they working according to the timings without wasting time in the offices with chit chat...where the people are going?

employees whether it is in the government or private offices should be doing their work religiously and to deliver good service always. i guess the officers should be vigilant.

Because they are sure that they'll be paid in the end on the month, I think.I remember my teachers having a coffee break at school(which is also a public sector) of 25 min instead of 10 min, because they were 100% sure that if they teach the children more or less, if they share the knowledge they have or not, they will get the same salary.In private sector, when you don't work, you won't be paid that simple.

That for sure is a pretty common ocurrence in the public sector. The workers seem to do what the want when they feel like it while there is always a huge bill incurred by their department which tax payers money will have to pay each month.
This practice by our civil workers was brought to the fore some time ago. I certainly hope they will be made to take their responsibilities seriously.

No matter what they do ,they can get paid from the goverment .You don't need to worried about their salary . If they don't make a blunder ,almost no body would firm them . They don't care about the responsibilities and rights.These are meaningless to them . I am afraid they never think about their responsibilitis and rights . They just want to consider how to kill time . Waiting for getting off work.
