Apart from your mother tongue, which other languages do you know and which language you want to learn. I can speak six indian languages and can also read and write.

I can read, write, and speak French fairly decently. I'm nowhere near fluent, but I know enough to carry on intermediate conversations, to read French novels, and to think in French. ^_^ I also can understand Spanish and read Spanish, but my ability to speak it has kind of withered away. Now when I go to speak in Spanish it comes out in French! LOL.

knowing different languages will help us to carry out our work easily whereever we go otherwise we do not know what the vendor says, bus conductor says and they do not understand what is our requirement, and we have to seek somebody's help.
