promails: do you know this site?

someone invited me to this site(promails)..i was surprised to know that this site has a $250 sign-up bonus, $25 for each referral, $25 to read e-mail, $25 pts, and its minimum payout is $10,000..can this be true for such sites? or is this just another scam.
if it's true, then that would be good but i don't think i want to risk my time unless there's a proof..what do you think, fellow mylotters?
if you know some legit sites, you can share it here..(but please don't post the link here.)

If someone want to give you money it means you are valuble to them. Thinking about what you can provide to that sit. If you can provide noting to it. They are cheating you.
