Thank You Notes?

Do you send a hand written thank you note when someone gives you a gift or does something especially nice for you?

always. I have had a practice for the past twenty years or so of writing at least one note or greeting every day. That wasy at the end of the day, I know I did at least one good deed. I log the recipients of the notes, the list is long now!

i seldom send thank you notes. usually i call up to thank the person or send an email message or give the person a treat in return.

I often send thank you notes to friends and family who do nice things for me. We generally get bills and junk mail on a daily basis. I love to make someone smile by sending a small card just to tell them I appreciate their kindness.
