How to write a ticket to myLot support?

Hi! My earnings haven't been updated for 3 days. FAQs say that I should contact with support, but I couldn't find the e-mail or on-line form or something near to do so. Can anybody help me here? Are your earning stats updated regularly? Thanks in advance and jolly mylotting!

there is another discussion about this too, my earning also has not been updated for the past couple as well, i think because it is weekend..

Good day, Masssko! Well, that thing also happened last month, the earnings are not updated for 3 days and it got updated after that and received an alert about the delay. I haven't noticed that the earnings are not updated because I was inactive these days so I have to expect nothing on participation earnings. (also the same last month) Don't worry, just be patient while waiting.Have a nice day!
