I couldn't believe Khuay last night!

Khuay, does he really need glasses? - Khuay is relaxing on my passive motion machine from my knee replacement surgery. He thought it was great laying in it and having it move back and forth, "Gee a ride from Disneyland!"

I had just crawled in bed and rolled over to turn out the light. I looked over the edge of the bed and saw Khuay playing with a 2 inch stuffed bunny I got for Easter several years ago. I reached down and picked it up and checked it to make sure that Khuay hadn't damaged it. That darn cat!!! He sat by the bed watching me inspect the bunny, and even reached up for his "prize" while I was checking it over. It wasn't damaged, so I tossed it down (mind you Khuay was looking at me when I tossed it to him)in front of him. HE JUMPED THREE FEET STRAIGHT UP IN THE AIR!!! Then he turned with his feet on the wall and ran along the wall and out the door! It was like a scene out of a cartoon! I totally laughed my a$$ off! I'm beginning to believe that he needs glasses! He didn't come back into the bedroom until this morning. And even then he checked to make sure that the attack bunny wasn't around.

I've got a couple of stuffed giraffes that the darlings keep pulling off the shelves. I keep picking them up and putting them back - darn them - at least they aren't afraid of them!

I would love to take that cat into the eye doctor and get his eyes checked!!! It really tickles my funny bone when he will walk up to my feet after I have moved them a little bit and he'll smell them or inspect them and I'll move my toe and he will jump sky high!!! I wonder if he is part rabbit or part kangaroo? I've had cats that were jumpy when they were kittens, but when they got older they grew out of the "jumps". Not Khuay, he is 2 1/2 and he still has the "jumps". Well at least it's entertaining, I just hope one day he doesn't have the "jumps" and has a heart attack!!! You collect giraffes?

I think Nino jumped until he was 6 or 7, and Flower is over a year and still jumpy. so, you may have a few more entertaining years...

It's weird what will spook our "babies" even though in this case one minute Khuay was happily attacking that stuffed bunny and the next minute he viewed it as an "attack" bunny...LOL. Over a month ago, something freaked my Pyewacket out big time. He's pretty laid back and nothing bothers him. Well one night he was on my bed sound asleep then the next minute he ran out of the bedroom like someone had lit a match under his azz. He wouldn't go into the bedroom again for the rest of the night. Still haven't the foggiest idea what creeped him out.
