My love handles, I can't get rid of them.

I have been working on my love handles for over two months and I really don't see any progress. I would like to find out about exercises that work fast on this section of my body. Any suggestions?

Ah the dreaded love handles. Well you need a combination of a few approaches to target them. Firstly, you can't spot reduce regardless of what people say. When you lose fat you lose it from all around, and love handles are just excess fat, moosh, whatever you want to call it. I had that problem myself before I hired a trainer and now they're gone. Anyway, it was lots of cardio, strength training and a clean diet. With the strength training it was doing things like push-ups, pull ups, squats, lunges, ab exercises on an incline bench, and really getting your heart rate up when exercising. By "clean eating" it was eating mostly chicken, fish, fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans, and cutting out the white foods like white rice, white pastas, etc. also no processed foods, no fried foods, no sugars, drinking 2 litres of water a day. It gets boring but then you have to think to yourself, how much do I want my slim/trim body?

My love handles have been coming off with running. But my belly fat is still here. Some how the sides get exercises, but not the front. Now I look slightly pregnant, lol. I need to do more core training exercises.
