My Husband Made Me A Yummy Coffee Treat Today!!!

He made me a cup of strong black coffee in my favourite red, white and gold cup and saucer (I have a set of 8 of them with our matching dishes), and he brought me a Rolo ice cream bar on a stick. Yummy! For the last couple of days because of weather on Saturday, and lack of time on Sunday, I didn't get up to my favourite coffee shop for a mocha latte, and I was starting to miss the treat. He made me a cup of coffee, and gave me the folo ice cream bar to eat with it. YUMMY that was so good. Eating the bar while drinking the coffee was almost the same as drinking a caramel mocha latte. YUMMY!!!!
Anyone ever tried black coffee with caramel or rolo ice cream in it?
My grandfather used to make me cups of black coffee with scoops of Rolo Ice Cream floating in them. Yummy! when we run out of the bars, I think I might go get a tub of Rolo Ice Cream.

He is very romantic, and he knows that that is my alltime favourite coffee cup. :) He also knew that I was craving one of those Rolo ice cream things for quite a while.

That is nice and quite thoughtful of him.
It feels really nice when hubby thinks about something that makes us really happy not only for the offering but even more so for thinking about it and doing it:)
I am afraid if hubby wanted to bring me a treat it better not be coffee LOL. The last time he brought me a treat was last week when he came home with my favorite cheesecake :):):)

I don't like black coffee, I have to have some creamer in it. But, this Rolo ice cream, I've never seen it where I live but, it sounds so good. I love the Rolo candies. It's about the only sweets that I like and eat. I would have had to put the ice cream in the coffee if I was served black coffee LOL

i haven't tried that before, I mean the ice cream with the black coffee. I love black coffee with butter finger or snickers on it. I mix them together and let the caramel and chocolate melt and blend with the coffee..It taste so YUMMY!
