How do i cook chinese rice?

I am fond of making variety of rice but haven,t made chinese rice. do anyone please suggest me how to proceed/ thanks.

You mean the normal white rice? If you have a rice cooker, that would be really easy.. All you need to do is to put the rice in the pot, wash it thoroughly.. And once you have done that, fill water till about 1/2 inch above the level of the rice.. then just proceed to put the pot into the rice cooker cover the pot and switch it on.. If you are going to use a normal pot to cook it, try to get a non-stick one.. And then just follow the above steps, and just boil the rice and cover the pot... make sure you stir it as the rice will stick...

ahh.. that's easy.. lol.. Maybe you should put your discussions much clearer then? Don't make it so wide? Just heat up 2-3 tablespoon of oil, (chinese prefer peanut oil/vege oil). add some chopped garlic (2-3 cloves) then put in some small cubes of pork/chicken, fry it, then put in an egg, let the egg cook a little, then pour some white pepper and some soy sauce, then mix it a bit then put in overnight fried rice (1-2cups) then just stir fry it, mix everything so that the rice is covered with the meat and eggs, add a little soy sauce and white pepper for a little more taste. There you go, chinese fried rice. Hope this helps. Next time, it's best to be a little clearer in your discussion questions.. :)

It is very easy, do you have a cooker? Just rinse them until the ricy color gone, put it in the cooker, turn it on for 0 - 15 minuted, steamed rice will be done, it is very simple and old plain steamed rice + soya sauce is very good, you can try :-)
