government. But some names are suspiciously left off their list. Barrack Hussein Obama: If Bush and Cheney committed war crimes by waging war in Iraq, then Obama is equally guilty by continuing the "illegal war". Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid: For the last 2 years of the Bush administration, Pelosi and Reid continued funding of the "illegal war". They had ample opportunity to end the "war crimes", but chose to support them in deed, even if they opposed them in word. They can't have it both ways. Either the war in Iraq was illegal or it wasn't. If it was legal, then they have no legitimate call for war crimes trials. If it was illegal, then Obama, Pelosi and Reid neck deep in it. Do Code Pink and others calling for war crimes trials against our government's waging of war in Iraq have the integrity to hold Democrats accountable too? Or is this purely a partisan game?

If everyone at the time voted yes for the war, then how can it be a crime unless everyone that voted is tried also. I mean Bush did not do this on his own, and yes as soon as Bush was out of office, they could of stopped it, but they didn't. But then Dems are totally innocent of this whole mess that we in now, if you look back on all the problems they didn't start untill congress gained control.

The fact is, Bush did this by the numbers. He got the nod from Congress before he acted and only used funds granted by Congress. Even where he did step out of international Geneva agreements for a while, political pressure made him get back into compliance. As much as people whine and complain about GITMO, even the Inernational Red Cross said that nothing going on there is against Geneva.

I'm talking about the Office of the International Red Cross at GITMO.
