How do I report suspected abuse?

I just saw a "new" user who seems to be using the site to direct people to a web site that I suspect is a scam. I can't find any way to contact MyLot to have them investigate. There is no contact e-mail address. I've seen referrals to a "report buse" button. Where is the button and what does it look like?

Hi burrito, You can contact mylot admin from contact tab at the bottom. http://www.mylot.com/o/contactus.aspx Choose "other" on the "please select an option that best describes your question/comment". The contact form will appear after that.
