Good free audio host?

Can someone suggest a good free audio host? (not garage band) I need somewhere to store podcasts, I'd also like to find a file host so I can zip files and maybe embed them in my site for download, it's an educational site so if I were able to provide pdfs, audio, and certain lessons for download I think it would help.
