While traffic cops in the city spare no opportunity to penalize citizen when they are caught cellphone driving, they seem obvious to the fact that APSRTC drivers are the biggest offenders of this crime.Despite the obvious danger of their actions,bus drivers in the city ,merrily chat away on their cellphone or even punch in text messages as they drive recklessly with one hand,and at time both, off the steering wheel.
