I have quite a few old socks that haven't been used & rather than throw them out, I was thinking about making them into puppets for kids & sell them along with my other craft items. Of course they will be re-washed as I should imaging=e they would be fairly dusty from just sitting around. What do you think of this idea? Would you or anyone you know buy something made from recycled things?

SOCKS!! You can make puppet out of them that great.. I love puppet with the socks when i was little. I was also thinking,,, that you can cut the sock up and stuff it and make it in to those little balls that the student would play with they would kick it with their feet and all.. i forget what they call it beanie or something... i use to take an old sock cut it up to cover the hole in my pants..i love holely pants but stop wearing themm.. if you got all the tools to sew make a stuff animal out of your socks.. if i could buys thing that easy to wash and recycled and get another one i think it great.. cuz now in days kids play with thing and get it dirty... every toy should be made where it can be clean and washed in the washing machine..good luck with whatever come to mind.
