In the news this morning it showed the new video on utube. A child sitting on a bike with an adult and the adult watched as the child takes the lighter, put the cigarette in the mouth and lights it up and was smoking. What is the world coming to. I don't know how old the video was but I have a child and there is no way I will have my child taken up that bad habbit. The child could be no older than 3 or 4. I Don't know if that was a parent.What I was wondering do we need a licence to be a parent.
