What does Thomas Jefferson, the 3rd US President, say about Healthcare reform?

Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence, and was our 3rd President. I found these quotes he made and I think we consider them, especially in regards to his health care reform debate.
"Government big enough to supply everything you need is big enough to take everything you have ... The course of history shows that as a government grows, liberty decreases."
"Most bad government has grown out of too much government."

I must say he was probably absolutely correct! They already maintain the little things like if we wear a seat belt or not. We are not as free as we think we are!
