Do you ever have really bad days?

Hey just a new discussion.Do you ever have days where people get you mad and you don't know what you did.After they are done cursing you out you are stuck with a dumbfounded look on your face.Today someone really got mad at me for dong no reason.They starting cursing me out and yelling at me.When they were done my feelings were really hurt.I was shocked that that person who say those horrible things to me out of the blue maybe because someone made them mad or they were very jealous of you at the time.I told that person "you know what?" Im going to let what you say really not affect me because you have things that you need to work on not me. So I would appreciate if you apologize and really think about what you have done. Please tell me what I did bad or even god?
