Money back guarantee is an important feature of any merchant. Now lets assume the merchant is not a scammer, and for example he sells an e-book claiming to contain acts which if i do them, will lengthen my AK47 by 1 inch within 4 weeks. But the acts were done and my is still the same length after the stipulated time. Now the book had failed, the question is: how do i make a money back claim when there is no solid evidence the the book failed. This is only an example please, AK47is OK, but generally, how do someone makes a case to recover the money for a scam or failed good.

Very valid question with a lot of different answers. quite often, retailers will offer you your money back, if you're not fully satisfied with the product which you used for a stipulated amount of time, such as two weeks and are not happy with the results you've received. Generally, this may be costly or washing powder etc. I have used my receipt in the past to contact Manufacturer's or retailers who are offering a try me you'll love me or get your money back kind of thing and I have never been disappointed by not receiving my money back.it would be very hard to show why you're not completely satisfied with the coffee as you must drink it to use it and I assume that this would be the same case with an e-book. I would personally recommend that you contact the person who sold the e-book to say that you are not happy with the results you have received and see what they say.

Absolutely. Its very difficult to express why you are unhappy with the product or a service sometimes. The good marketing tactics is that 70-90% of the people won't go for money back because of several reasons such as time, effort and some forget that there is such an option. Again, you should be really carefull to read the fineprints before doing the purchases. One good practice while doing online purchases is to buy thru some payment processors like Paypal. It helps to charge back, if the seller is a fraud.
