the best fruits for weight loss

there has been several information on the proper kind of fruits that must be consumed for weight loss therapies , though grapes and apples have been the most prominent weight loss fruits around but it has been discovered that going several weeks of fruit juice alone can result in diarrhea

I have heard somewhere that apples have negative calories, that it takes more calories to eat an apple, than the apple actually has. I would imagine that eating a load of apples will fill you up, and work off a few calories at the same time. Celery is the same, also has negative calories.

I've heard that about apples too - and apple cider vinegar is thought to be good for weight loss as well.

The calorie count for celery is so low that chewing must burn it up! lol. Although an apple doesn't have negative calories - its about 80 calories for a medium size apple but its full of fiber so as you say it makes you feel full! And its stickiness is thought to slow the absorption of carbs so it be ideal to have with a starchy meal.

HI friend, In my opinion is the best fruit is apple,lemon this both fruits can weight loss. orelse you can eat carrot,beat root from this you can be weight loss body. Diarrhea certainly doesn't sound healthy - one more reason not to limit oneself to only one food. Glad you've done your research.Every category of food is important - even fat - not only for skin, hair and nails but to help distribute other nutrients efficiently. Great topic!

Grapefruit is one of the best fruit to streamline the body. Research has shown that the average person consume grapefruit while eating lost more than 3 pounds in 12 days, drinking grapefruit juice three times a day have the same results. It's not wise to eat only fruit. For one thing that's a lot of sugars and it throws off your whole system. Anyway, a good one for weight loss has been grapefruit from my understanding. I don't know for sure but I have even heard of the grapefruit diet where you eat some with every meal.
