Walgreen launched a health care program for those unemployed who desperately needs health insurance. This program is available until the end of 2009. The nurse practitioners would perform the regular treatment and test on those people who has no insurance and who is also unemployed. Certain restrictions might apply. That is a great thing for recent economic situation. You can check it out on "take care clinic" from google, and it sponsored by walgreen.

That's a good idea, and I think it was very wise to promote it on here, so that those members who might need it will be able to find it. I'm in Canada, so this does not affect me, but it's good to know for my American friends who just might need this in the not so distant future.

too bad. But this promotion doesn't include prescription, you might need to come up some medication money.

Hello Clorissa my dear, that's so like you to be worried about the health of those poor unemployed people but I don't think you're going to meet a suitable young man by volunteering there. You really have to think about yourself more my dear and you could contract some nasty germ that may well make you very sick if you go round volunteerig like this.

I think it's great that there's a service like this. Unfortunately, they don't have any anywhere near my area. I didn't even see any in my state. :( Guess that means I'm out of luck. Thanks for posting it, though. It's nice to know there's stuff like that out there.
