I don't really think it's only a matter of time. Both me and hubby can cook a healthy balanced meal in less than 30minutes, including a vegetable side or a salad.
A balanced food does not have to be complicated or take a lot of time to prepare, on the contrary sometimes the more simple foods are the healthiest.
I try to make a healthy meal each day and so far lack of time has only been a problem a handful of times in the past 24 years :)

Yes. You are absolutely right. A balanced diet need not be a complicated and time consuming one. A simple vegetable salad and sproouts with little honey, salt, peppercorn powder, green pepper, onion, tomato, with little lime juice is enough to pep us up fresh and stay healthy

My husband is the cook in our household, and he's darn good at it. I hate cooking, and am really not that good at it. I manage the money. My husband cooks very balanced meals, and they are all absolutely delicious too. He is one of the best cooks I know, right next to my mother and my sister.
