is any adition heathy? what do you think

do you think and any adiction is heathy like shopping and candy. I was talking to my friends and one of them think there is a heathy adiction to me i don't thing there is any heathy ones cus with shopping you use the money even the bill money you dange your credit with allchal and drug you damge your body what do you think?

I think that addiction by nature means that you are doing something in excess and that you rely on it in extreme amounts to be ok from day to day. I feel that ANYTHING in excess is unhealthy. People need balance in their lives in order to thrive and be well. Addictions of all kinds can have detrimental effects on both mental and physical well-being. So I guess my answer is. no I don't think that any addiction can be healty.
