"Get a Life,Dude" what does that mean to you?????

You know it's funny that all my years in the internet, it's only been couple of months that get to see this kind of remark saying it to some one. it's either they got bored, insulted, or disappointed that they're seeing what they didn't they're seeing..
they're few things i realized when ever some one is saying That is actually, this:
Either "i hate that, take it away" / " I don't like it and you it's boring"
"It's boring, do something else" / "your life stinks"
"hater, do something else" / ????????????????????
Those are just samples, you can add one if you Like just make sure you "bold it"
I know I got one or two myself..when a person saw one of my videos in youtube..he was like, complimenting at first for the hard work and anything, but all of a sudden there came a "get a girlfriend and get a life"..I know in General it's an insult..or a statement to so-called haters and losers.
But what is that mean to you? every one on the planet get's to say it for what reason....

Get A LIfe to me means Stop harassing others and find something constructive/creative to do.

I would say it means that the person who said it feels your not being productive when you could be, but when its followed up by "and stop wasting mine." it probably means your agitating the person by not understanding something they're saying or doing and are thus wasting their time.

I think that kind of idea is either insulting or an advise to a person they believed they are wasting time on some stuff that are not worth remembering. but despite of that you shouldn't feel discourage about it, instead take it too as a compliment.

Hi Let,
Its just an American saysing but to me, if someone is whinging about something or they have a boring life and kept moaning about I would say that to them, Its not really insulting but if this person is saying it to you about your videos, I think he is the one that should get a life as he seems to be jealous of you.

i think you and i still had a relationship at that time you made that the sims 2 dragon ball z video. don't think about it all the time there. these people on youtube are either jealous or had nothing to do with their lives, if they have said that to you meaning they are saying that to themselves...don't take it too seriously.

What it means to me is that someone has very poor communication skills. Telling someone to "get a life dude" is a rude way of dealing with someone you don't agree with over the internet.

To me the phrase "get a life" pretty much means just that. It means stop wasting time doing pointless stuff and go out and do something worthwhile.
Bit of a silly phrase to use as an insult but they, people will come up with anything nowadays.
