Is subvert and profit a legit site?

I've recently came across a site called, Subvert and Profit. Basicly what you do is use websites like digg, and digg the storys they tell you to... Now, I have a bit of a problem with it because I'm really not sure how ethical that is... I mean recommending something because you're paid to? What do you think?

I'd be wary of using Digg in particular because the last time I looked its TOS forbids digging for pay. Using Digg to make money that way could cost you your account...sometimes they even ban IPs so you won't be able to just start another account easily. Some sites don't explicitly forbid such activity, however, and in that case I see nothing wrong with it. I just think of it as another way people try to get their web sites noticed. That can be quite a hard job!
