Hey mylotters, I need some help. I know there is a saying "you get what you pay for", but does that go for internet connections too??? So here's why I'm here... I'm paying $65 dollars for internet connection. $65!!!!!! Oh my gosh, that's outrageous, don't you think? It was a fair deal at $24.99 a month, but I've been had by them and now I pay more. When I first purchased my service, I thought I went BALLS OUT on the most expensive high speed connection around! At that time anyway :P lol...So I went surfing the web yesterday to see if I could find a cheaper, but just as good or decent internet connection. To my surprise SMACK right in the face, $39.99! $45.99! 84.95! I was seeing high priced internet services everywhere. Am I just being cheap? Is it because I'm seeking a service that does not require a landline?? Should I just get over it LOL??? Tell me what you suggest or perhaps you've just noticed it recently, too?

I want to know you are opting for EVDO card or something that connects you without wires. From which country do you belong to based on this we can come to know which is the best suited plan for you as it gives an idea which type of service you can opt for. If you are from India and wish to opt for EVDO plan then this goes costly for you that is the unit costs you some what around 4000 Rs then the plan charge will be of some 500 rs so this is a costly plan i feel. Here we get plans which provide free calling facility and also night unlimited usage. I am happy to have this plan.

I prefer using internet connections through a cable provider, thus without having a landline. I do not believe the "cards" give ample connectivity. Or do they?
